I assume the strongest contenders would be The Hunter/Player Character, The Plain Doll, or Gehrman. Probably just the former really. (Maria has probably the best picture but is stretching it.)

Not sure if any of them would be worth much in a contest though. Bloodborne/Souls is popular but I don't know how well that would translate here. On the other hand I was trying to think of newcomers who might have some power and I'm struggling to think of many better candidates.

MAYBE The Hunter could get in just by being the character on the cover, but customizable characters that don't even have a name aren't going to ultimately get anywhere

Dark Souls has Solaire of Astora, Ornstein/Smough, and maybe Siegmeyer of Catarina?

Yeah, I'm basing my thought on The Hunter probably being the strongest on them being on the cover. Probably gives them a leg up on the others since it could be recognizable even to people who haven't played it - something The Doll and Gehrman don't have.

Maria has the most iconic picture IMO, and I could get behind that, but I dunno.
