By food places, I mean any. Like restaurants, grocery stores, or just anywhere that sells food(Where it's still kind a main thing. For example, Walmart would count, but I wouldn't count a movie theater or a place that fixes cars, but also sells like donuts of something...), I guess. Are there any that you just hate for whatever reason. Not like you just don't like them or feel "meh" about them. But like really hate or despise...

Wal-Mart: Not so much for anything with the store itself, but for the customers who shop there. I swear, every Wal-Mart Ive been to has people not watching their kids as the run all over the place, customers who break or spill things and dont alert anyone that theres a mess... I just dont like it there.

Panera: I just feel like everything there is very bland and generic, but costs at least double what it should.

Chick-Fil-A: I have some friends from the south who never stop talking about how great this place is, but I feel like their food is on par with most other fast food chicken. So I just get annoyed from hearing about how great they are. One of my friends is married to a girl from Georgia, and when a Chik-Fil-A opened in our state (but still 2.5 hours away), she threw a fit so he would drive her (and their one year old son at the time) all the way to the place to get food on the grand opening, which also had like a 90 minute wait once they got there. So a total of 6.5 hours for fast food. And then I had to hear from her how it was worth it. Seriously annoys me. At the very least, Ill grant it that their staff is always super courteous. Like, it stands out how courteous they are.

Taco Bell - not the entire company, but one specific location by me: I play on a softball team once a week, and if we have a late game, I dont wanna start cooking when I get home around 10:30pm. So my options are limited for what I can get on my way home at that time. There is a Taco Bell that is one my way home, and I have been to it 3 times. Each time, it has taken about 15 minutes to finish my order when I am the only person in the drive through, and upwards of 25-30 minutes if there are cars ahead of me. Which is ridiculous for Taco Bell - everything on the menu consists of like the same 10 ingredients. The first time it happened was a shocker. The second time, I just figured that the first time was a fluke (it wasnt). The third time was like 2 years later, and I thought maybe they are better by then. They werent. So yeah, never going to that location again.

Canada meat is different - our franchise restaurants are all locally sourced, it's why McDonalds tastes so different here... you can literally ask the manager where the meat came from and they can point out the specific farm

Most fastfood joints. Heavily processed meats just don't sit well with me (physically and mentally).

Papa John's pizza is terrible.

Runza is awful.

Subway isn't bad but there are so many other sub places that are way better.

If the prices weren't terrible, I'd be less hard on it myself. Even then it'd be one of the worst sandwich chains but, because the other ones are getting harder to find, it's kinda what you're stuck with.

I use to date a guy who loved to go there. He was a very picky eater. Kind of weird about food, too. While I did get kind of tired going there every time he came over(because of the price and the fact that we went there so often), I never really hated the taste...

The price kinds suck(especially for me and my special sub), but I can't really get the sub I like at other places. So, even though we're "stuck" with Subway, I was kind of already stuck before. Haha. But I never really minded. I use to work there, so I've never really hated them...

Then we got invited to a mock grand opening (a sort of test if you will) and again, horrible

I dont know what they do to their patties to make them taste like that but yuck

Yea...not to sound racist, but don't really eat at any 'Spanish/Mexican' fast food restaurant (TB, Chipotle, etc), unless some else is paying.

But Pollo Tropical (South Florida) is decent.

Subway was OK, but they put too little meat on the subs...I usually just go to a local Deli for a Turkey Sub.

Besides those, I usually eat anywhere (except Seafood only places since I don't eat it anymore)

El paso- not because their food is bad or anything like that. They just closed down my favorite Mexican place and replaced it with this, so i refuse to go there.

Red lobster- I got really sick there once, now I can't even think of eating there again.

Tops

It is a local grocery store chain that competes with our other local grocery store chain (Wegmans) and it is HORRIBLE!!! All of the stores have this nasty smell to them, their "bakery" is basically defrosting frozen food, and the worst of humanity shops there. Think Walmart but if the customers got beaten with a stick in the head 50 times.

I could think of others, but Tops is always the first that comes to mind. I never shop there unless I get dragged in to the store.
