I would say some of the older Mountain Dew flavors that are still in circulation but nearly impossible to track down.

I loved alligator soup when I was a kid, granted it was just chicken noodle soup with different shaped noodles, but those noodle shapes made a world of difference!

Cadbury used to have great tasting chocolate until Kraft taken over and now it tastes like arse ergo killing the brand for me. As for discontinued food. There's this company that sells shitty sandwiches in Walmart's Deli. They had a Steakhouse Au Jus sandwich that was delicious. Instead of selling that they decided to quadruple down and add a fourth steak and cheese sandwich that tastes exactly like the other three.

Clodhoppers were also delicious, but OMG's are basically the same thing. I'm actually blanking on other things that I used to enjoy that aren't made anymore, but I'm sure there are plenty. Taxi bars, my most favourite bar throughout my entire childhood. At some point, they were sold exclusively at Iceland where my parents shopped, but i didn't when i became independent so i replaced them with the remarkably similar Ainsley Harriet Chocolate Heaven bar. They stopped making those though and i went without for years until a similar conversation to this popped up and reminded me of taxi bars, i tried to track some down but found out they were discontinued as well.

Ecto cooler, I used to drink it with my lunch all through elementary school.
I also liked these microwave gyros (can't remember the brand name, as far as I can tell they aren't made anymore). They were a great after school snack. Granted, they didn't taste anywhere as good as a fresh gyro (all they were was pita, gyro meat, peppers and onions) but they weren't bad for a 2-3 minute snack. --- I am a senior software engineer.
