While I really, really think South Park deserved to win, I honestly thought A Goofy Movie was going to take it

A Goofy Movie seemed safe whereas I thought at least one person would severely lowball South Park due to being too crass/etc.

But all rankings in the top 4? Goddamn!

If you were reading Discord, you'd have seen Inviso being a bit harsh on Goofy. This was clear as crystal from the onset.

I have no idea, I've only seen like 2-3 movies on the list. Everything would be fresh. Including South Park. I've seen enough episodes to know what it would be like though.

If I had to guess, probably around 10-20? There are some things in SP that are actually pretty funny but for the most part I don't enjoy it. But that would probably put it high enough to be in the 10-20 range.

The cringe in Goofy Movie hit me a lot harder than most of you but I'm glad it was at least acknowledged in some of the write-ups.

And I feel like I'm less of a fan of the South Park movie than all of you but it's not a bad number 1 at all given the list-- I doubt I'd have it much lower than #4 either.

Dammit I've spent the better part of an hour thinking about what "the cringe" in this movie couldn't possibly been.

Are you guys talking about how awkward Max is around Roxanne, how Goofy embarrasses Max on multiple occasions, or some combination of both? Or are you talking about moments you found painfully unfunny (of which I could find no examples)?

Most of the attempts at humor and attempts to come off as "cool"-- also IIRC the soundtrack I find particularly grating with this one and it works to amplify those issues. Unfortunately it's been a long time since I've seen it so you'd need to ask Inviso for specifics.

Ive never really liked the Goof Troop series as much as other members of the disney afternoon for the same reason.

Quack Pack is even worse, its absolutely unwatchable

I thought the movie was much worse about it than the series, myself. I found the series at least watchable. Not one of my favorites but not something I would say I hated either. Though the series did start on a very bad note with its theme song...
