Dairy, eggs, honey, etc. can make a huge difference... It can make some difference but many cultures do not use eggs or dairy and also have an otherwise vegetarian diet. How do they manage to live? These populations tend to have higher than average lifespans. I don't think you really need honey to live either. When I get my blood tests done soon I'll have a better idea of how a full year of vegan eating has impacted my health. I feel way better and last tests my blood was better than ever my only guess is slightly low iron since I'm bruising a little more easily. Maybe I should just donate blood and they'll tell me all the good stuff! How do they manage to live? These populations tend to have higher than average lifespans. I don't think you really need honey to live either.
