Been dodging this ticket since like feb, they keep sending letters and obviously I havent received them.

Hotel security, the original letter had a cctv image of my number plate
So Im guessing theyve contracted the case out to a private parking enforcement company cause the letterhead doesnt say holiday inn its just some random company Im just wondering if they can actually do anything to me once I get there. they could probably decline you to stay there without paying the fine or possibly tow your car but that's about it

Hotel security has no legal authority to enforce the complaint when you're not on their property, although they could try to sue you in small claims. However, if you park there, then they're able to enact recourse -- such as having your car towed or something.
Realistically, though, when you go to pay in advance, they might pull up the previous fine and insist that you pay it. Stay at the hotel, just don't park there.
