Didn't see an NBA topic and the draft is tonight

I kept seeing lots of trade proposals and talks yesterday about the Magic trying to trade up and take Doncic. Dear basketball gods, please make it happen! I have been in Orlando 6 years now and we have win totals of 20, 23, 25, 35, 29 and 25. Please give me something to look forward too!

Trade scenarios I saw yesterday that would potentially get the Magic Doncic were:

Magic trade with Grizzlies for 4th + Parsons for 6th + Salary Filler. Grizzlies quoted as wanting Fournier, Magic preferring to send Biyombo (obviously) but alternatively could do like Ross + Mack.

Magic trade with Atlanta for 3rd pick + Schroeder. Saw a couple of scenarios. One being 6th + a future 1st of some sort + Fournier. Other being just 6th + Ross + Fournier.

With the Mavs being under the cap and having an expiring contract in Wesley Matthews and an early second round pick, I am hoping they receive a good lottery pick in a salary dump trade (probably not for Parsons since I imagine that bridge is scorched).

From what I've seen of local fans and media. Half are screaming to try get Doncic. Other half are screaming they want Trae Young.

Trae Young just terrifies me though. Whilst I could see him being great for us, I could also see him busting hard.

I think in an ideal scenario I'd like us to try pick up a late lotto pick if we stick with the 6th pick. Not sure how we would go about making that happen but if we could get one of those late lotto PG's I'd be fine with that or even Elie Okobo doesn't look bad from what I've seen either.

Why can't Orlando just buyout Biyombo to get rid of his ghastly contract? Is something physically preventing us? Or is it a case of we just wouldn't want to pay him to go away and we're in a losing scenario so it's not like it matters to just lose anyway

Just to put in perspective why I am pissed at us having to settle for Bamba. This is our what we have on the roster

Mo Bamba
Aaron Gordon
Jonathan Isaac
Nic Vucevic
Bismarck Biyombo
Khem Birch

I include Birch as he outplayed the other centres when given a chance at the end of the year

So how the fuck do you play all of them? Obviously we have to trade some away so it depends what we can get for them but I am not remotely hopeful. Especially because everyone knows we have to offload players

Also our PG situation is DJ Augustin + Shelvin Mack and no cap room to make a splash in FA

Doncic is going to be a SG in the NBA. I was under the impression that was already his primary position or at most was a combo guard in the EuroLeague.
