Fox takes more money now instead of getting shares in Disney, preventing it from having any say at all going forward. The biggest issue with this is this means no Deadpool in the MCU as well as the continued languishing of the X-Men and Fantastic Four franchises. There's no chance any of these things will be as good as they could be if Disney doesn't win out.

I really doubt they would integrate X-Men into the MCU at this point, and that includes Deadpool.
