My guess is that Joker isn't telling her any names to protect his friends

although the intro to your Confidants doesn't really fit into any specific point in the interrogation so sometimes it can cause a weird feeling of disconnect

But Sae explicitly says "So the only one whose heart you changed was Futaba Sakura's." She knows this entire part of the story revolves around Futaba specifically.

There's equipment that increases exp gain, though I don't think you have access to it at this point outside NG+.

People may also claim that her LCK stat influences the odds of her confidant skills activating. These people are wrong.

She's taking over the role that Morgana fulfilled up to that point (and the role she had in the boss fight at the end of her Palace), except she's much better at it.

I hit rank 9 with Kawakami but didn't say that I want a romance, is it still possible to hit rank 10? Her bonus looks really good.

Also, I finally maxed charm and Makoto is just not appearing at all any day.

You can max confidantes regardless of whether or not you choose to enter a relationship.

Just about. In Persona 3, you don't even get a choice to friend zone them. It's auto-romance.

P5 is the first game where the protagonist has the chance to romance adults though.

Wait, in P3 is it a single route romance where there's a chosen girl ala FFX or something, or you just automatically romance all the girls at once?

You automatically romance all the girls if you progress in their S. Links far enough.

There's a "canon" romance in P3, but it's the word of the creators instead of the events of the game that decided it.

Nah, the protagonist just romances them all individually without consequence and no one ever finds out.

Well that's not entirely true if you go into the dating range (iirc 7-10) with two girls at once you can get an S.Link 'reversed' and have to spend time getting it back to normal before it works again.

But after you hit max rank you can just romance another.

They got rid of this in P4 and P5 and instead added a 'consequence' scene late game that basically makes you feel bad for dating multiple girls (though honestly P5's is more funny than anything imo- 4's legitimately hurts, however)

Oh right, I forgot about that. In the middle of S. Links, girls get "jealous" if you're spending too much time with another girl without spending time with them.

although the implication still seems to be that they're okay with the protagonist spending some time with other girls as long as he spends time with them too

but yeah the weird thing with Persona S. Links/Confidants is that once you hit max rank you're just so close you don't even need to spend time together anymore
