She actually has a bubble gum gun now so she doesn't need to use the feather gun. It can work like Dr. Mario's pills, I also saw someone suggest she could have a sticky status effect if it hits and the gum slows down opponents kind of like Witch Time. Dixie can also take inspiration from Millia Rage from Guilty Gear for normals.

Dixie doesn't have magic prehensile hair. But I guess Millia has had a haircopter normal.
