I personally think that while Clerks 2 was funnier from a comedy standpoint, Clerks was much more relatable and felt funnier in the sense that I could empathize with both Dante and Randall.

Lettuce is a protective layer between the juicy burger and the bun, so it doesn't get sopping wet when you bite into it. It adds a crispy texture as well (goes well with bacon) and defines/divides the flavors.
