You shouldn't do it on the job, but if people want to do it in their free time they shouldn't be punished. And I didn't really start working "real" jobs until 2012, which was right before CO voted to legalize it, but I didn't have to drug test and a lot of the companies I've applied to or heard about through friends since then didn't test. Of course, a lot of that is after it became legal, but I don't really know if that made a huge difference. And America has different formulas for its chocolates than other countries, largely due to the US having very lax restrictions of what constitutes chocolate.
