That's the worst part. Any other bad 5* could have been progress towards an STMR, with Rico you know he's just going to sit there unused forever.

Two options:

- Bard for high maintenance teams.

- Scare enemies using her enhanced chains.

Healerwise the only units that can replace replace Tilith are Ayaka, CG Fina, CG Folka and whoever replaces JP Santa Roselia. Yuna 7*, Rena Lanford, Rem 7* and Eiko 7* would be runner ups.

Edit: You can try pair her with mine if you do decide to enhance her.

I haven't done the half price daily in a little over a month now. I don't pull heavily enough on banners to even feel confident with a 5% 5* rate, so I tuck the Lapis away and go for the sure things of like 10% Moogles or other bonuses.

I only spend tickets on individual summons for daily quests or if I'm in need of a bonus unit for events or something. Too much disappointment otherwise, and I'm not much of a gambler anyways.

Can anyone offer insight on Gladio 7* form?

I'm probably going to pull on the step up banners, but not sure if I should gamble on magic/tank hoping for Basch 2 if Gladio is a subpar 7* tank, or if I should go for attack banner which might have a chance at offering me a plethora of other options.

Knowing my luck, I'd pull my first Wilhelm and not a Basch, or another Gladio even, or just a slew of magic users lol, but it might be a worthwhile gamble if my tank slot is still up in the air for future content.

(He is an adequate tank in the future in comparison with now. Not the best, but shouldn't be overlooked if you got him. That guy some HP, especially for the HP parameter mission where you get a +10% DEF/SPR & +50% HP materia.)

How strong or weak are they by comparison with your friend list in general?

My Fry can reach 963-ish in mag.

Next are my Barb, Christine and my GL sakura which can reach 900 ish at max. And emperor and DragonLord are close behind at 800-ish.

As for attackers: DV can only reach 800 since I still need Erwin's wep(currently using the DQ ice trident for Fry chains).
Cloud, Luneth and Onion Boy can just crack 1k ( OK even with his unique stuff).

Tanks are... eh.
Wilhelm has ST down pat with only Impregnable needing +2 and his stats being >10kHP, 650-ish def and 450 spr, WoL has AoE physical dodge down now that I have two Lucii rings, and I have Mystea/Shylt for AoE Mage tank.

Going by that I would go through my options strengthening mages as is. ( Crown of Covenant, the 30mag accessories/ADV V/Rod mastery, etc.)

At the same time I would also ponder a bit since Dark Fina will make a jump soon. I vaguely recall you had dupes of her.

Did you beat Malboro and Bloody Moon yet? Both offer great rewards. (The whip is more for those can use it.)

At worst she can help clearing Malboro quicker if not, since the moon is better suited for GL Sakura/Ashe, etc.

Malboro is a bit of an oddball for me. I finally learned about the tornado/aeroja cap so I might try that with Barb(900-ish)/Lexa(800-ish). Team would probably be Barb/Lexa/Wilhelm/Mystea/Soleil...Nichol friend?

The big problem with that is the MP sustain, since all the chaining spells eat a lot of it.

As for Bloody moon...ashe is my only non-ele chainer that is worth a damn. All the rest have their chains locked to an element, which is no bueno.

And yea, I expected as much. Now that I have double Genji and Lucii... kinda lost. I have VoL, SS Dark Fina and Emperor( and Lexa, I suppose). Any ideas on what to focus on?

Since they are hungry you could try with one our enhanced Luneras. In the end that particular battle is dictated by how you handle devour, and the damage you can pull off per turn. If you can kill the small ones in 3 turns you are okay as long as Mystea got 100% dark resistance and as much HP+DEF she can muster.

Odd case scenario would be if they survive, an LB-charged Rosa does the work. (I used that every turn myself.)

Being frugle I would hold off on Emperor for now and coast on the rod from Bloody Moon when you get there.

Veritas of Light's is good, but it really depends on how much you value the 20% HP+camo, and if you end up using her post-7*.

Lexa... If I had to make a comparison Veritas of Water does an overall better job for the same investment. (40% MAG with rod, 40% SPR with staff. You get 20% SPR with a rod with Lexa's, but again it depends on how much you value it.)

SS Dark Fina's is a good investment with no realistic competition in the foreseeable future, unless you want to use Emperor more. Or trip over 4 Dark Fina because I suggested this tmr. -.-'

So, I tried to malboro
barb/lexa/wilhelm/Mystea/Soleil/Fina friend

Each time, Lexa was close to running out of MP at one point and I tried to see if Aeroja stacked enough to just have it and osmose... no
Second time I got to past 50%, but no reraise so I got screwed to hell.

The mages are enough to keep the cycle...if I keep the cycle. Any attempts to try to break will kill the run. All it is now is just the sustain. And maybe giving a ribbon to Wilhelm since he kept getting para'ed. And maybe yan somewhere since I need the Reraise for the second half.

I can do one better and get 8k out of her after some fiddling

But, again, the sustain is the problem. Hopefully leveling Lunera and getting her song to +2( no tech for her superiority passive sadly) will give me what I need.

I left it alone for now and did some esper fights.
Golem was easy with VoE... once I actually got the cycle down. Buncle might be left until I get Merc ramza up since holy hell my Mystea cannot tank the dark phase unmolested. That or cheese it with Setzer.
