I don't pull heavily enough on banners to even feel confident with a 5% 5* rate, so I tuck the Lapis away and go for the sure things of like 10% Moogles or other bonuses. I only spend tickets on individual summons for daily quests or if I'm in need of a bonus unit for events or something.
