Full carnivore diet and intermittent fasting

I only eat meat and cheese, well and hot peppers but whatever.

Monday is 1 pound ground beef and random amounts of cheese

Tuesday is 1 pound ground beef and random amounts of cheese

Wednesday is either pork chops or steak and random amounts of cheese

Thursday is 1 pound salmon and two cheese sticks

Friday is usually 2-3 chicken breasts or 24 hot wings and random amounts of cheese

It's all cooked in grass fed butter

The weekends are cheat days but I still limit carbs.

I only drink water and two 20oz glasses of grass fed organic whole milk.

And yes, I got full blood work done before I started (about a month or so of "keto" but I wasn't doing it right) and at my 2 month mark I got it done again.

I had an iron deficiency that is in the normal ranges now

My LDLs are way down and my HDLs are up

Everything else was fine before and still is.

I just started a stack of test booster and some Mexican supplements (). I'm going to get blood work done again in a month and see what that's doing to me.

I legit feel great tho. Like energy for days, no crashes, never want a nap (unless I'm with my girl ), less anxiety around people, I'm happy for once in a pretty long time.
