legendarylemur 05/22/18 2:38:55 AM #11:	Ancient Fairy being banned is a preemptive SPYRAL nerf. But you don't need to play SPYRALs cuz Goukis do the same thing but even better. They're T1 right now. But that's after a format that a lot of people liked. One of the YCS had like some 12 different decks or so at top 32 and a rogue deck took it. The only bad release recently were the Knightmare cards. They're a bit too good for being so generic, which broke a bunch of decks that nobody saw coming. That card is like mad useless >_> It only got better with Links and Field Spells becoming more and more op. I daresay it was the best Synchro monster of this format if it didn't get banned. Cuz you just destroy a field spell and search, get eff off of whatever you destroyed, get a field spell search, heal LP, special summon a lvl 4 or lower from hand (which can also do something, like Iblee), link to a Link-2, all from a single Ancient Fairy summon.
