I'm at my heaviest ever.

I'm frustrated because there is very little I can do at the moment.

I have irritable bowel syndrome so I have to be on a very strict diet.

I'm taking medication that has made me gain weight.

And I'm always exhausted no matter how many hours I sleep. I might have sleep apnea. I should be getting my results from the sleep study soon.

I'm frustrated and that's why I made this topic.

I've lost weight many times in my life. I enjoy working out and can get in decent shape when I force myself to work out. It's just extremely difficult when you are tired all of the time.

But yeah, I'm tired of being fat. I'm trying to figure out ways on how to lose weight but with all of these things, I just end up getting more frustrated.

Oh and I'm broke as hell so that isn't helping things at all.

Might want to see a doctor that specializes in weight loss, they can do blood tests to see what is going on with your hormones and try to figure out how many calories youre burning daily just by doing regular daily functions

That will give you an idea of what number you need to keep your calories under

Another option is to work on building muscle to increase your metabolism long term

I've gotten blood tests done. I actually forgot to mention this. From the lab results I got, everything was fine (sugar level, cholesterol, etc.) except 1 or 2 minor things I can easily take care of (like vitamin D deficiency).

Lifting is a good idea. I can't afford a gym and at this point in my life I am more physically (and mentally) tired than ever before. I'm hoping the sleep apnea thing and a cpap will turn things around. I do miss lifting.

I eat about the same or less than months ago and I'm eating a lot cleaner than too (since I can't consume many things like high fructose corn syrup, gluten, etc.)

Hell, I used to eat fast food almost every day for some time last year and still wasn't as fat as I am now. It makes me wonder how much the medication I take made me gain weight. I'm not making excuses at all. I was already fat, but man, it feels like the medication has made me gain about 20 lbs or so. Unfortunately I don't know when I started taking this medication to compare my weight before and after taking it. I'll have to ask my doctor.

Walking isn't overly tiring and can definitely help.

I'm amused because my poop is black due to the iron supplements I'm taking.

Oatmeal typically makes people poo.
