That used to be a decent feature back when they started doing it. But really, who turns of vibration on games now-a-days?

I turn it off if the game overuses it. Otherwise, I don't care about it much.

Vibration is really important for signaling you to various things. Not just stuff like taking damage, but subtle things that help you with tactile feedback in the same way that you would need tactile feedback in real life (hard to explain). Turning it off is like turning off HUD.

I play a lot of games on console as well as the PC with Mouse/Keyboard and I honestly don't even notice it's gone with the latter.

Really isn't a big deal, IMO.

But that's the point...

I don't know about other controllers this gen but Xbox One controllers have lots of different depth/intensities/locations for rumble and the little stimuli are never annoying. It's not like the 6th gen where it was either hard rumble or nothing.

I also turned the sound off on my ps4 controller

With the exception of some horror games where it works well I have no idea why anyone thought that was a good idea as a concept

It's just annoying

I turn vibration off, but i like the weigh the motors give the controller. The ps3 controllers without vibration felt hollow.
