Okay, I figured out how to get around that weird glitch in Trails SC after it happened again. You have to use your mouse to make the selection.

so apparently they're making a Steins;Gate port called Steins;Gate Elite

the only real difference is that it incorporates scenes from the anime into the game as cutscenes and special images

Oh right, I forgot to mention it last night, but my mom is up visiting for the weekend, so we were scrolling through Prime Video looking for a movie to watch, and we came across the adaptation of Agatha Christie's Crooked House, which apparently came out last year. I listened to the audiobook of it a while ago and thought it was pretty good. In fact, I'm not sure why I didn't add Sophia to the female character rankings at the time because I thought she was pretty good! I guess I'll put her on there now. Better late than never!

In Trails SC news, I rescued Don and Kyle from the Glorious and defeated Gilbert for the final time. I kinda wish Josette was better at combat because I'd love to use her for more than this mission. Not that I'd really have space for her anyway considering all the specialized dialogue yet to come, but still, she's great.

which means it's time for a lot of running back and forth switching out party members

Olivier is woefully underleveled considering I haven't used him since like Chapter 6, but Trails is pretty good at making it easy for party members to catch up. He just gained 7 levels in one battle, for instance.

Birth by Sleep Platinum get! Aqua was such a cakewalk. Still, overall it took 76.5 hours. That's longer than KH1 and 2 Platinums combined! But with that, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix has a beautiful 100% next to it in the overview.

Yeah, the SMFFFC reruns have pretty much just become an MWC and FF6 circlejerk, which isnt really something I have any interest in. I appreciate the work GMUN put in to get those things running, but they arent much fun anymore.

One player on their team caught fire for a while and then everyone else followed suit.

UM got zoned out after Villanova downloaded their offense, and UM can't hit 3s for shit.

Nova, on the other hand, decided to play real basketball instead of shooting 3-point potshots and it paid off for them. Their offensive rebounds were what broke Michigan's back.

In Trails SC news, two Enforcers down! I can't even imagine how weird facing Walter without Zin/Zane in your party is. Next up is Schera/Luciola. I was kind of worried about Olivier being underleveled against Bleublanc (although he did a decent job of catching up), but Estelle/Joshua/Kloe can wreck everything by themselves to the point that it doesn't seem to matter who the fourth party member is! I suppose that's some small consolation considering Schera and Tita will be liabilities in the upcoming fights! I've mostly just been using them to try to land the killing blow with their new S-Crafts for cool effect. It worked for Olivier with Bleublanc, but Walter survived with literally less than 100 HP against Zin/Zane's, which was lame!

Also, I'm hoping to be able to finish the game tomorrow.
