I don't know if anyone else is aware of this, but Stan Lee is in a really untenable situation. Comic writers and artists have been speaking up a lot about this in recent weeks from all over the industry - DC, Marvel, veterans, younger talent... it's really quite troubling.

Yeah, same here. I don't know how intact his faculties are, but even lucid people can be taken in by con artists, so I can't imagine a man who lost his wife of 70 years less than a year ago is really in a very cognizant place.

I haven't read the specific link you posted, but I seen Kevin Smith talking about it last week and read a story then. It seems like a really awful situation.

That's horrible that people are taking advantage of him. The man is a legend and should live the rest of his life in a comfortable place.
