Honestly, I'm kinda on the fence.

I've always been a believer in the whole "if you can't love yourself, no one else will" thing. but on the other hand, maybe you're sad because you don't have friends that make you happy.

I am circumcised. I'm not unhappy that I'm cut. It's not really something that i've ever really thought about.

I fucking hate tipping and think it's stupid that it is customary to do so in the USA. with that said, I tip about 10-20 percent depending on the service.

Most casual thing I've done in the Dark Souls series?

It has to be the first time I played the original Dark Souls. I was having trouble with the four kings boss. So to make the boss super easy, I equipped havels ring, havels armor set, and the zweihander.

And I think in one playthrough of demon's souls, I cheesed the maneater boss fight with arrows from behind a fog wall.

I played Demons' Souls first. Honestly one of the most life changing (yeah, that sounds lame)games I've played.

At the time, I had never played anything like it before. The gimmick/puzzle style bosses were amazing; I loved the tower night, fools idol, and the pvp old monk. Combat was great. The atmosphere was freaking amazing, right up there with bloodborne. I love that game so much.

Honestly, the server shut down has no barring on me. I've played that game maybe once in the past two years. I don't have a ps3 with me; it's at my parents' house in my brother's room. I last played it when I went to visit them around Christmas time. I hope the game gets ported to ps4 or pc.

My relationship with religion is kinda weird. I think there is a god, and I worship the christian god, but I don't necessarily think other religions are wrong or anything. Maybe god has taken different forms and has appeared to different people? idk.

I don't really believe most of what is in the bible. the key takeaways are to treat others with care, don't harm yourself and don't harm others.

I used to work at a gym, and I've jerked it a few times there on and off the clock lmao.

When I was on the clock, this girl i was working with was looking super hot, I was super horny, and I just couldn't control my self, so I went to the restroom to relieve the stress, so to speak.

When I was off the clock, I was working out with this super hot girl (who also happened to work there). After the work out, I took a shower in a private bathroom (it had a shower in it)and did the deed (I uh "fired" into the toilet).

Just like anything in the world, there are ups and downs.

I live in Washington state, which is one of the only states in the US that doesn't adhere to Affirmative Action (I believe California is the other state). The only thing that was really gifted to me was a great mom and dad.

My dad comes from a horrible background and was pretty much raised in the hood, without a father. I think his mom gave birth to him when she was like 14 or 15 years old. He worked hard, got out of that situation and makes close or more than 6 figs.

When I was younger, we weren't rich or anything. My mom only had a high school education, my dad had tech school training from his military days. My mom gave birth to my sister when she was 18 or 19, and I was born about 3 years afterward. I don't think we were poor when we were young, but we weren't quite middle class.

In comparison to my dad, my upbringing was a cakewalk, however, I don't think I was handed anything on a silver platter.

Basically what I'm trying to get at is that I don't think race by itself made a huge difference on whether or not I had/have any advantages in life. It's all about upbringing and SES status. Of course I've experienced racism, but I'm sure I've received some benefits due to me being black. And a lot of it is attitude.

Now, that's just my personal experience. Overall, yes, being black, in the USA at least, has more disadvantages than advantages. The situations that a lot of blacks are placed in to are extremely hard to overcome.

I like bacon and eggs, but I usually (as in pretty much every day) have steel cut oatmeal with walnuts and fruit in it.

back in college there was this place called the Nook. They had these giant biscuits and they were the best biscuits I've ever had. They would make a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and this godly tomato jam on it. Everything was made fresh every single morning.

The nook often sold out of their biscuits, and if you wanted some, you had to get there right when they opened, which was at 6 am. They often would have lines outside of their door.

The owners eventually got burned out and sold their restaurant to someone else. The food was still good, but never the same. The new owners were more business savvy, but they didn't have the soul and love for the food that the previous owners had.

When I used to teach high school that happened a lot. Obviously the students themselves wouldn't tell me, but I would hear it from teachers and parents.

I teach sixth grade now, and while it has happened, it hasn't happened as much since I'm kinda a lot stricter/meaner to the kids lol.

It hasn't really been an issue, so there really hasn't been anything to handle, so to speak.

Dark Souls 3 or Bloodborne?

Dude, this is such a hard choice for me. Bloodborne has one of the best atmospheres and lore of any of the games I have ever played. I love how the game starts out has Gothic horror and switches over to lovecractian (there's a better word for that, right) horror.

I love the esthetics. It's quite a unique game in atmosphere and looks. The game play is great as well. The rally system is fun and unique. I like how they don't have shields unlike all the other Souls games. The weapons are all pretty unique, except for a few.

Dark souls 3 is great. The graphics are cool, but I've played so many games with the medieval theme (I still like it though). Gameplay is great, maybe slightly better than bloodborne.

I like how a can do so many different builds in dark souls. In bloodborne it seems as if there are less builds I can feasibly do. For example, I'm currently doing an arcane build in BB. The beginning game is a slog and a chore for the build. It'll be great though once I get my arcane hunter tools though.

Over all, I'll give the slight edge to blood borne. But honestly, my ranking of the whole series is something like this:

Ds3>=BB=DeS=DS>>>>>ds2

All are pretty much tied at like a 10/10 with the exception of ds2, which is like an 8.5/10

Thanks for the detailed response. I'm a bit of a Souls noob, have only put a few hundred hours into Bloodborne and Ds3 (waiting until the remaster to play throught Ds1).

I agree with pretty much all your points. The variety in Ds3 just makes the PvP more unpredictable because you're not entirely sure what you'll be running into when facing someone. In Bloodborne you can just have a Dex quality build and be able to deal with pretty much anyone.
