Yeah, for most of the ones at the top, I was happy that they were being interesting, but not entirely sure whether I liked or disliked them.

For Michael, it's more that he was just boring, but I'm not a fan of him finding an idol that the girls started looking for, BUT I'm also not gonna put him in orange over that.

This isn't little. It's losing my sole rooting interest due to production interfering with a swap at a bad time. And it should have been Domenick. Why not blindside him and the idol they think he has instead of making it clear to him that he's on the bottom and getting him to play it next time? He's going to cause a LOT of damage (I do hope he gets James the sexist douche with that idol). Why not nip that in the bud and tell Morgan and Wendell that Domenick was playing games with idols and they had to blindside him? Libby could salvage Morgan. They could then get rid of Chris.

It was not the right choice and since it robs me of significant viewing pleasure, I am ready to be done with this season.

James isn't so much sexist as he is a product of the inherent sexism in Survivor. Male players are believed more likely to have idols, thus they need to be skirted around at all times. They couldn't stick with targeting Angela, because that might've been a trap to trick them into piling votes on her, then playing the idol. They also couldn't target Dom, because they believed he had the idol, and again, if he's lying and it's Taviti vs. Malolo, and he plays the idol, then they're fucked. So it came down to Wendell vs. Morgan, and unfortunately, no one is ever gonna target a guy over a girl pre-merge to dodge an idol.

I don't know why they couldn't target Domenick outright in a hardcore blindside - it happened to Andrea when she had that idol. In this case, that's the right move. You either get rid of him and the idol now or risk it being played against you in 2 days. Now, Domenick is going to play it at the next Tribal Council... and potentially on Wendell if he can gauge who the target is the way Joe did with Ashley's face last season. If he plays it right, I hope James goes home in the most delicious blindside since Scot Pollard fell to Aubry and Tai. And then I might watch again.

The episode wasn't even bad though. Far FAR better and more balanced than last week, that's for sure.

No, it was a bad episode. A bad episode like this one kills any and all excitement. A good one like last week's builds on it.

While there's nowhere to go but up from this chasm of horribleness, I have better uses of my time than to continue entertaining this bad season.

Last week had zero build. Just one tribe being ignored (save for a storyline that might as well have started tonight, in this far better episode), and one tribe being extremely bland despite going to tribal council twice. NuNaviti was chaotic, and NuMalolo has the cocky majority ripe for elimination at the hands of Michael's idol. It's very exciting and has a ton of potential now, especially since everyone except Chelswho? is getting some sort of characterization now.

This episode was good. I'm glad Angela survived she was loyal. Libby reminds me of another sneaky lady that kind of has the same looks. O yes now I remember, she's looks just like Sandy from Apprentice US season 2.

Kind of surprised there weren't any complaints about the slow puzzle solvers.

Morgan turned out to be overrated.
