McCree used to be able to one-shot half the cast, iirc.

I could be wrong though, I was still figuring the game out and thought Bastion was OP during that phase.

Though actual OP Bastion legit ruined the game for a couple of weeks.

No, you're right. I exclusively played McCree for 15 hours because he was busted, his Fan the Hammer was the same damage per bullet as his single shot.

It is to me! Scatter at least requires some aim despite what people say and doesnt stun you. McCree just has to be somewhat close to you and if you have less than 300 HP youre dead. Theyre both cheesy ways to die. A douche McCree or Hanzo can just hide outside of spawn and KO any offense hero with SA or FTH combo

Yeah Scatter Arrow is way worse than anything McCree can do. At least he has to be close up to get a kill on you with it. In a lot of the cases where McCree can kill you with FtH Hanzo can kill you with a headshot anyway.

Its a lot harder to aim that headshot with Hanzo. Hes one of the hardest characters to aim with. For the record those McCrees could ALSO kill you with a headshot after flashbang too, but its way easier for most to use FTH because they probably arent actually good enough to secure the kill without it.

FTH is fine in QP and Comp. It makes me hate McCree with a passion in stuff like FFA where you sometimes see 6 of them and landing a final blow to get a point is hard between all the stuns from flashbang around every corner. Its like oh look 2 McCrees fighting each other i can probably kill one of th *two other McCree drop down and flashbang fth you to death* Its almost as bad as fighting 6 Junkrats on the chateau stage or a ton of Moiras.

Scatter Arrow bullshit kills are also probably a pretty small amount. People just like to complain about it because now that Roadhogs hook kills are nerfed its the only thing left for people to complain about. Its not the super easy cheesy kill people make it out to be and a fair amount of the time the arrows scatter to the wrong spot.

I went ahead and bought it on PC

Speaking of those I wonder what the hell they were thinking with the ones for Doomfist. I never get slam over 100 and hitting 6 people with his Ult feels like it requires Zarya and your entire team not attacking the enemy team because if even one dies you fail

From what I read, it's not Piercing Arrow, it's some kind of multi-shot or rapid fire ability and a new horizontal leap of some sort.

To further clarify, it's not only rapid fire, it's hitscan. Last for 6 seconds or 6 shots, whichever comes first. Up to 2 a second. Full arrow damage with no charging.

Hanzo shouldnt have to charge anyways. I always thought that was dumb about him. Some actual archers and tons of fictional archers can rapid fire accurate arrows without it slowing down their movement and stuff. Without it you would be able to defend yourself better against enemies who close the gap straging and jumping/crouching like crazy while firing at you because they know most of your shots are gonna miss them that way >__>

Honestly, Hanzo should just have an attack that let's you do a team kill on cooldown.

Excited to try out the new Sombra when I get home in a couple hours. Doomfist still probably needs work, but Ill see how he handles later too. Hes already just so difficult to use well.

To me the issue is that all my PS4 games auto-update when I have it in rest mode...except for Overwatch. I actually have to turn on the system for the update to start downloading. I really don't get why this happens, and it's annoying since Overwatch is the only game I play that gets continuous updates.
