The people I'm the office next to ours tell pointless stories about their kids or their dogs that aren't amusing then pretend to politely laugh. The woman in there has a squawky laugh. At this point their conversations all sound like Oblivion NPC dialogue to me. The sponge in our break room sink is smelly and looks sketchy as fuck, so I've been cleaning my bowl and coffee cup with dish soap and paper towels. Our water machine is leaking water on the floor. I have a chicken sandwich with cheese and mayonnaise that I'm excited about eating later, so there's that. I also keep candy in my desk. The work isn't difficult and it's getting done. There's a couch in the office and I'm not allowed to take a nap on it or I totally would. How is your day at work? --- Been a murder, over in Riften. Some old lady who runs an orphanage. mastermix3000 01/25/18 12:54:34 PM #4:	Alright, a topic where I can complain without it being my own! Basically this week was arguably the worst week I have ever had at any job I held. Our company was acquired by a super popular food chain that gave us crap deadlines. Every single system had issues this week, and even with the issues being known the deadlines were not moved I literally just finished my last task and I cannot wait to go home and "relax". Seriously if drinking was allowed in the office I'm pretty sure everyone would be drunk right now (FYI I don't drink but apparently can't say what I do here...) One employee got into an argument with my director due to how ridiculous the whole situation was. They didn't show up today (Today was a huge deadline for our particular group) and neither did this other guy lol Overall, finally realized all jobs will suck, even the ones you thought were good. Just load cars, pickups, SUVs, minivans, etc and deliver to locations around Mass and Rhode Island. Basically, I drive around and listen to the radio. Its a fun job, as long as traffic doesnt bother you. I dont mind traffic, and when Im in a hurry I know the area well enough to get around the traffic. I miss my old job, though. Used to deliver art to museums across the country (US). This country has so many beautiful places, and all sorts of different-looking areas; mountains, valleys, ravines, deserts, plains, forests, small towns, big cities, and more... Don't feel like stacking a wall of packages, bags, tires, etc. Or sort them, well I'll be fine with them if they don't jam in the conveyor belts. On top of all that, I might have to come in Sunday cause my boss keeps bugging me on working that day, texting me and crap. But whenever he tells me to come in early or stay late, he is usually joking, except for Sundays it seems. Yellow 01/26/18 5:10:33 PM #29:	I spent most of my day floating in and out of awareness as my job requires the mental capacity of a seal with a sound board filled with costumer service cliche phrases. I made forced conversation with coworkers about their boring lives and cats and such. When someone makes a joke about something looking like a butt it's actually the funniest thing ever because of how unfunny it is. I try to ignore the busy bodies who have nothing going on for them except their expertise slicing cooked meats and want to pretend they are sages of wisdom and know better than I do at all times. I go home and buy McDonald's on the way. I spill my fries on the floor of my car, and in a rage induced moment I grab a handful of the fries and stuff them in my face, trying to abide by the five second rule. I go to a second McDonald's and ask for fries and a mcflurry. They give me a sausage patty instead. I get home and eat my food, then I get drunk and go to sleep at 6 am. I wake up today and I was supposed to do something with my sister for my birthday.
