My gut says that there should be some Umineko songs which should be fine. I only got halfway through part 3 though, so I'm probably not the authority here.

Personally I'd have no problem with stuff that plays in Fate/Stay Night fights, for instance, and Umineko feels like it would be a similar case.

I said it before and I'll say it again: I apologize for making this category so convoluted; it really wasn't my intention! Perhaps in the future I might just limit it to "nominate ~20 RPG world map themes" or something to that effect. That's harder to field so many different opinions on, I think, in terms of what makes a track qualify and what doesn't. (It's also more boring, alas.)

It would definitely be more boring. I like to dance around the edges of the criteria just to keep the list interesting, or else all it would be is a pile of very static similar sounding tracks. We might as well say "nominate 100 Sakuraba battle themes". (There's probably a hundred of them, and I bet they all sound exactly the same.)

I just grew concerned when you actually put your foot down against vehicle travel songs, because I would have thought a theme where you were moving around the world map would be more acceptable than one in which you happen to be outdoors in a game that has no world map. However, in order to be more in-line with what I think you intended, I want to amend my list as follows:

Keep Neverending Journey
Keep Beginning Theme 2
