Considering that all the accusers came out and said he was innocent, makes me lean forward innocent. Thought it was a known fact the original kid came out and said that his mom forced him too. Yeah it was weird because he is an adult and they were kids but I don't believe he did anything sexual at all.

As for the question you asked TC, from a legal standpoint he is undeniably Not Guilty, since he beat all 14 charges against him.

If he actually did anything or not is beyond the knowledge of anyone on this board, and most don't even have enough basic knowledge of the case to so much as speculate responsibly (not that that has ever stopped anyone).

So in short this topic is a waste of time.

In fact, that is part of his appeal for some people. Really goes to show how far behind America is culturally when it comes to this issue.

Sorry but he admitted to sleeping naked with children in his bed. He may not have done anything else besides that, and I hope he didn't, but that is still wrong.

Not saying he should have been locked up if that is all he did, but certainly should not have been allowed to hang out with kids himself.

If he liked kids, that is great, if he was attracted to kids and didn't do anything about it, then that is fine, but if that is the case, he should have stayed away from them, or at least not been alone with them, and certainly shouldn't be naked with them in bed.

Guilty by law does not equal guilty of doing something wrong.

I think he was guilty in the sense that some of his actions were wildly inappropriate around children in his home.

That being said, I don't think any of it actually had a predatory romantic or sexual intent, and that MJ was just a really messed up individual from a psychological standpoint, but entirely harmless. I think he himself had regressed into a child like mental state himself and couldn't conceive of why his actions would be interpreted as creepy.

I don't believe for a second that his intention was to hurt these kids or that he even understood why his behavior would be considered inappropriate.

Possession of child porn is very cut and dry. You either have it or you don't. There are no subjective elements like eyewitness testimony, etc, where there could be ambiguity.
