As of now, just some extra items. Later there's supposed to be some additional side quests. Later beyond that some kind of challenge mode and at least one new rare blade at some point in spring/summer. Then next fall there's gonna be some new story content, which sounds like it's going to be independent of the main storyline.

There's also going to be a new game+ with more playable Blades as a free patch in the near future.

But at least it was insane about, like, relative normalcy

Almost to the point where I can do that farming thing but I don't even know if I'm even going to bother with it yet

Heh, something neat I probably never would've discovered on my own about an early game location. Spoilering because I dunno lol. At some point (maybe after getting 4th and relations with Mor Ardain are smoothed over?), two unique enemies appear in the Titan Warship. Prisoners in the two cell blocks. The level 14 one is even a pretty decent source of rare cores and dies pretty much instantly. Just a neat detail.

Yep. Not necessarily worth the time if you can't do it fast. Also best you be able to reliably pull off a full driver combo (Break through Smash) to get more items. And have one or more Blades equipped with Treasure Sensor (or Adenine).

I had thought maybe the patch a week ago fixed the crashing/freezing problems, but I just got my first crash since then. Luckily I had just saved a couple minutes earlier after killing the demon king in Uraya.

Party and vague mechanic spoilers to answer the earlier questions:

The best party in the game is almost undeniably Rex/Tora/Zeke. For certain reasons, you'll have absolutely no need for a dedicated healer in your party past the late game, which leaves you free to run the monstrously broken Tora (assuming you Tiger Tiger him up) and Zeke, who also shits out some incredible damage numbers as an attacker.

Lol, started grinding for Commons and got my first 2 Dark Rares within a couple of pulls of each other. And on Nia while I was boosting for Electric. RNG, man.

Is the only way to get a character's main Blade (Dromarch, Brighid, Pandoria) off of them to put them on Rex? And Rex can't drop Pyra/Mythra, or does this change later? I understand it's not advised to drop Mythra, but unless I'm fighting a tough UM I like to rotate everyone.

Yes, that's the only way. And no, you can't drop Pyra/Mythra.

They unlock as the story goes along, but Stage 1 always remains the best source of ether farming. (Treasure drops vary in quality, though, and the final stage has unique/uncraftable drops that are the best you can get.)

The results posted are from 100 submissions (survey is still running so you guys can still take it if you want), and turns out I was apparently pretty lucky when I got Vale as my first rare Blade. She's listed as the second rarest after KOS-MOS.

It seems my luck is pretty typical, but skews much more to the middle of the tiers (C and D) than the top or bottom.
