Probably the Rift Scepter from Diablo 2 16% chance to cast Level 21 Frozen Orb on attack. 20% chance to cast Level 16 Tornado on Striking Pair that with a super fast attack skill and you're spamming spells way the hell faster than any mage can. And Frozen Orb is one of the best spells in the game so you're actually doing it competitively at that. --- No problem!
