Exactly 1 week before my 15th birthday I was hit by a car. That pretty much ended that relationship. Plus by the time was recovered enough that I didn't need crutches she was seeing 2 other guys. I thought I had found someone that didn't mind the scars too much but she and I were never anything more than friends. In college there was this one woman that I kept running into between classes. Honestly, I don't have a dream wedding scenario like so many other girls do. Getting married in a court setting seems kinda cold and I've no idea if my state recognizes hand-fastings or not. We're both consenting adults and can choose how to conduct our relationship. I've had plenty of people say I should find a new guy since we aren't married despite being together eleven years. Why would we give up our relationship because a bunch of traditional old fuddy-duddies told us too? Its none of their nevermind whether we get married or not. I'm not paying some greedy ass lawyer to legally break us up. Better to just part ways if we ever do.
