Alright so I'm not sure how you're tallying the appearances so I'm gonna say 3 for major appearance, 2 for regular, 1 for minor?

That puts it at
Randy - 11
Garrison - 9
PC Principal - 5

Although that's assuming the Holiday Special, Renovating Houses and Witches all net Randy 3, while Put it Down and Super Hard only nets Garrison 2? Not sure how exactly to determine those.

Although by that system, I pretty much guarantee Garrison is a 3 for the finale given the description. Unless Randy makes a major appearance here this might tip the scales in Garrison's favor!

And the 3/2/1-system was exactly what I was gonna test out, thanks. As for your concern about Randy's 3-pointers to Garrison's 2-pointers, does that feel uneven to anybody else? To me, after seeing them side-by-side, the line between Put It Down for Garrison and White People Renovating Houses for Randy is blurrier than I'd like...but otherwise I see their scores there as about right.

Since this is a Garrison episode it should be pretty decent. I'd say this season was the worst of the ones in the poll so far. Hell it might even be the worst season in the series for me

Super close at the end though! Chaeix was crushing on the subject matters was the only person to nail all three questions, but that just wasn't enough to catch up to a man who did even better on subjects and got the BOLD PREDICTION. Chaeix failed to get a single word in the title right though, so in the end that did him in.

As for the Garrison/Randy debate: our point system established gave Randy a one-point win there. I do feel like Garrison was thematically more important to the season, but also Randy had one more episode and he was more physically there in his episodes. It's a close call but given that the question specifically says "most screen time," I'm sticking with Randy.

Best with celebrities: TC and Chaeix had two celebrities worth three points -- Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un being the good guesses from each of them. This was a tough year for celebs though, since the only other half-point I gave anybody was Taylor Swift.

Best with subjects: Johnbobb, TC, and I each scored eleven points. Yeah!

Best with words: ZeroSignal was awesome enough to get four -- And, A, It, and White. Everyone else had two or less.

Best with questions: Chaeix was the only one who got all nine possible points -- Randy, break-up, and six. Niiiiiiiice.

Best with their BOLD PREDICTION: Johnbobb took the lead and never let go with "There will be a superhero movie themed episode released, ending in an in-joke advertisement for the upcoming South Park: The Fractured but Whole."

Splatty Tomato was a good episode. Loved them using the Rotten Tomatoes (hence the episode title) symbol to describe the President's approval rating. The Kathy Griffin joke was excellent, and I got a kick out of the boys listening to various cheesy 80s songs in their adventure (most notably The Super Bowl Shuffle, IMO)

Overall - Season 21 turned out to be a great watch, especially after last year's disappointing 10 episodes.

I don't feel like ranking them all right now, but Put It Down was one of my favorites this season. Cartman's rap(s), Tweak and Craig's song, people getting into bumper car accidents by tweeting and driving. All really funny stuff.

I think Doubling Down made great points and will probably be nominated for an award. Several episodes were funnier though and I think all in all this is one of their most consistently funny seasons to date. H&H and SoW were better than a lot of seasons' weakest episode or two and the season as a whole thematically pulled off a larger storyline better than any other season with continuity yet. Very much enjoyed it.
