There is a photo of him hovering his hands over a woman, yes. This isn't really what the story is about, since the real issue here is him apparently forcing his tongue down her mouth. Something that she alleged and he apologised for while saying he didn't remember the kissing part.

Meanwhile Roy Moore has been banned from malls for his predatory behaviour and there are multiple people coming forward.

But you just seem totally unable to even stick to the point I'm making, don't you...

I've not given Franken a pass at all. I absolutely believe he did the things his accuser says he did. But you asked me what we have actual evidence of, and so I cleared that up. We don't have evidence that he shoved his tongue down her throat other than an allegation. On Roy Moore we have multiple allegations of way way worse along with some evidence to show that he was banned from a mall for acting predatory.

By the way, this discussion isn't about what we know or have evidence of concerning either case.

It is only about how Trump responds to two different sexual assault allegations, in both cases not having all the facts but only in one case damning the alleged suspect.

That is all I'm getting at. Trump feels free to speculate wildly in one case, but is the model of reservation in the other. Curious.

Yeah, one is a member of his own party who apparently was a serial teenager predator and the other was an opponent who did something far milder. Of course it makes sense that he would be reserved in the first case but speculate wildly in the second.

Moore's signature was probably forged; a different pen was used to write the name than the rest of what was written and they refuse to submit the yearbook for forensic testing. This is Gloria Allred we're talking about.
