You should remind yourself what this entire topic is about. The claim is that Trump is harsher on Al Franken than he is on Roy Moore. And while the strongest evidence against war is a signature in a yearbook (never mind how a signed yearbook is proof of sexual assault), there is actual photograph of Franken assaulting a sleeping woman. Of course the reaction to Franken should be more harsh.

Of course he's not actually touching her in the picture, being as you can see the shadow of his hands under them and not touching the vest itself, but that wouldn't take away his conduct of the alleged kissing.

Regardless you claimed the burden of proof was on him on why Moore would have written "D.A." on the signature, regardless of how the topic started. That's not how it works, at all.
