For me it was the ending of The Wire.

Where Dookie becomes a drug addict and doesnt move onto high school. I tear up just thinking about kids in similar situations. Especially after teaching.

Requiem for a Dream also hit me hard. Thinking about the Grandma and the electric shock treatment made me feel like shit for a week. Kept thinking of what ifs for something like that to happen to my grandma

Grovyle's sacrifice to take out Dusknoir and his final farewell to the player character was one of the saddest scenes I've ever seen in a video game. This scene was one of the only times that a video game's story ever made me shed actual tears. The game's finale was also really sad, but not as much as this.

When a movie establishes that x is impossible, and then x happens. It moves me every time.

The girlfriend experience (the show, not the movie). It didn't make me cry or anything but watching it gave me this cold, weird feeling that I've never gotten from anything else. It was very interesting
