I'd say mildly athletic (I mean, by average person standards). I am a slow runner, not very strong and have little stamina, but so many people are fat and out of shape, so it kind of averages out. And I'd say my coordination is decent and I'm above-average in terms of picking up sport-specific skills.

I do a fair bit of lifting and I fairly regularly play football and some other sports, but I wouldn't call myself 'athletic'. If I have to run, I'm usually on the brink of a heart attack.

I don't understand this, wouldn't that make you in pretty good shape? Do you mean you are also just fat? That you would put on muscle easily but don't actually bother to lift? Have bad stamina?

Not very, I'm super lazy and fairly out of shape. I'm still slim and can run/jog decent distances considering how inactive I generally am and my poor diet. I guess I lucked up and got good genes somehow to at least look kind of athletic.

I do nothing so I'm a little overweight, however in the past I was somewhat active and was naturally cut. I've never done anything with the intent of getting in shape.

Very unathletic. Coordination is okay at best, I'm fat, slow, not particularly strong. Pretty much the only thing I have going for me are some decently strong legs from speed walking and marching band, but that's it.

Way to leave out the "average person standards" part. You don't need to be a powerlifter or marathon runner to play pickup basketball or whatever

Honestly, I'm pretty fricking athletic. Not pro level, obviously, but compared to the average population, I'm pretty athletic.

I'm pretty agile, I play basketball often. I can dunk a basketball. I lift weights. Pretty decent cardio. I'm probably like a d2 athlete if I had to classify my athleticism

Grew up playing team sports with soccer being my main one. Did track and field for a few years--4x100, 4x400, triple jump. Played intramurals throughout college (flag football, volleyball, ultimate frisbee). Still playing flag football.

I'm always been a fast runner but I have never exercised regularly. If it isn't a game or practice, I'm chillin.

I won't be breaking any records or doing any really crazy stuff but I think it's safe to say I'm pretty up there.

I play FCS football, weigh around 255, and can do back flips, hand springs, kip-ups, walk on my hands, etc. Flexibility plays a big part though I think.

I play inline hockey twice a week, dek once, and lift two or three times. But I also eat a lot of junk food.

I squat 480. I bench 280. I can single hand row 110. Shoulder press 60 each. Calf raise with 315 on a barbell. So I'm pretty strong. I can sprint hella fast. But I probably couldn't jog a mile without dying, or taking fifteen minutes. My lost distance endurance sucks. I'm 30, btw.

I can basically choose to be un-athletic or I can have tons of muscle and bone problems that require surgery. Doesn't seem to be any middle ground. I do try to eat healthy enough so I don't become overweight though.

Reasonably athletic. I try to run 30km a week, and usually succeed. But that's where my athleticism these days ends. I have effectively no upper body strength as I sit at a desk all day and basically never pick up any weights.

Yeah, keeping up 5 minute miles for 20 minutes straight is actually really damn good, and can usually only be accomplished by experience runners.

It took me a long time to get my 10km down to an hour, and this guy is on pace to do a 10km in like 30 minutes.
