I was going to go 6 but then I watched that video and I'm gonna say 7.5.

I also feel I undersold him on the weakness of man side of his character. Like not everyone is a goody two shoes who always does the right thing. Or is pure evil/bat-shit crazy. I feel like Boromir is the most human of the characters.

I like the meme but I hate the character. Yes, he's representative of the common man and thus falls more easily into temptation than the rest of the fellowship but I can't forgive that sellout.

I actually mostly forgot about him until I fully realized it was him with the meme. Like, the whole suicidal king thing in the 3rd movie took me so long to remember who the fuck died. I still don't remember everything, so he's more just a forgettable character to me atm.

Meme power helps recognize this character more, but it's kind of a shame how early he dies 'cause it lost character development potential. Not outstanding, but not a bad character either.
