SJ gon W I'm not being especially serious, but according to the full interview, most of the new female writers have very few writing credits attached to their resumes. I think the only show mentioned that the "veteran" of the 4 worked on was Robot Chicken. I don't think that's the only one, obviously, but I think it was the big one they mentioned. But, yes, changing up the writers on a show can impact it's quality or change it's direction a bit.
