Largely due to the four new female writers they added to the team, for some reason. Well, if season 3 is suddenly weaker than the two previous, that's a funny coincidence. For the record, I think Season 3 has been okay so far. I think the bigger issue is the creator's divorce. He sort exercises the majority of creative control over the product.
