I'm not familiar enough with the facts of the case to personally make a judgment but, given that it went to trial and a jury found him not guilty, there was likely compelling evidence to suggest the shooting wasn't completely unjustified. If I recall, the video for this one started AFTER the shooting had already happened so it's not exactly strong evidence.

Not even close to a corruption issue. The incident had nothing to do with corruption and, unless you're accusing a jury of being on the take, there's no argument there either.

Apparently the fact that he's also not a white-looking guy makes somebody racist for mentioning he's not white. That and the newspapers were racist for pointing out that he's Latino while also noting that no Latinos sat in the jury (instead it was 10 whites and 2 blacks)

Guy worked at a school and was in a car with his girlfriend and her young daughter, but sure, it's completely believable that he tried to attack a cop at a traffic stop.

It's honestly scary how people seem to be so oblivious to how trials work. Generally if a jury finds you not guilty, the evidence just wasn't that compelling. Are you actually going to insist that the entire jury was racist?

not surprised. odds were already stacked against the pro because it's extremely difficult to convict a police officer on such charges. and the police officer said the magic words: i feared for my life.
