So FFD talked a lot in Topic 1 but largely he was the driving force behind a lot of the reminiscing about old games and otherwise fluffy posts. Even though he is arguably the first game that offered anything worthy of being called "content" with this post:

red took unusual umbrage when I said I was not an easy lynch (going to far as to say it would be simple with this playerlist), so whether because he's scum or because of his ego he's giving it a whirl.

In an effort to make this all about me now because that is when I have the most fun, I am going to tell you all straight up that I will not claim today. I will not give red the satisfaction of coercing me off of those (either scum or ego).

I've given you guys all the free time I've had, if this amount of activity isn't good enough for you, go ahead and push me out of the game now.

And to make everything even MORE bad on the optics, I just got off of work and I'm going to dinner so I'll be back like 8ish (and should be here until lynch after that).

Oh, absolutely, and I wouldn't call it content when I was doing it either. That was not meant as a slight necessarily, a lot of us hadn't played for awhile. It was just an observation.

I was going to say I agreed with the thoughts that were being passed around about FFD, but too many people were echoing them and it made it feel weird.

Guys, I can't toss out any more ammunition at the moment for why we should go for Stan, I pretty much made the case with what I had. Either we can settle on someone and try to push them or we can keep doing this thing where we build maybe 3 votes on someone and hope they show up and talk more.

More talking is fine but it won't change much because a lot of people are busy.

Stan is in the lead. A claim would not be inappropriate imho.

As for Nana: I feel like a lot of the arguments earlier revolved around saying that he is someone who "checks out" as scum. Now the argument is that he hasn't checked out, but he can fake these emotions as scum. When the argument changes to justify the suspicion, that's a bad sign.

Nana absolutely can have the passion and emotion as scum, but it doesn't usually kick in until mylo.

However, if town-Chris was insulting scum-Nana, he wouldn't necessarily have to fake anger at Chris over it. It could've have legit pissed him off.

I was Mafia candlestick maker, which was a named roleblocker who gave their target a candlestick. I claimed this day 1. I didn't get lynched because it was confirmable.

I "candlesticked" you.

I claimed to candlestick you the next day. You denied it. Nobody claimed to have gotten a candlestick and I hadn't been notified I was roleblocker so I was angry that you were lying (and thus assumed were an Indy trying to get me lynched).

ChaosTony came in later on the scum board and said "Whoops I forgot to hand out candlesticks" and then gave one to GRavy. I then got Dayvigged.

I also had a guilty scan on me from the N1 scan, but that didn't make me less mad that you were lying as town.
