I managed to lock him out and change the password myself, but I still couldn't change the security questions because they were all in Russian. Had to call customer support to fix that. Someone tried to hack my Steam account shortly afterwords, but they didn't get very far. I was able to recover it before they even got a chance to access anything (like within 5 minutes). --- I am a senior software engineer. Krow_Incarnate 05/31/17 4:39:31 PM #7:	That happened to me recently. You have to e-mail Steam and give them a credit card number that was used on that account, along with your billing information. Give them a new e-mail you'd like to use for that account, and they'll give you a temporary password which you can change later. They weren't exactly the quickest, btw.
