Android has more customizable features/options/apps which is why it shows more portraits on the left side than the right and a person fixing/moving them showing that the user itself can customize them. While the iPhone side shows less options/portraits/apps but it shows a person being carried by another meaning the iPhone does the work for you so you don't need to worry about fixing your phone... they're going with that saying that it's as simple as black and white.
