Nothing good has come of the Trump Presidency and he will be a one term president mark my words.

Funny how he complained about Bush yet is doing nearly everything wrong that the previous administrations did all while stockpiling more stupid shit like a massive and expensive wall.

Probably not, considering all he needs to do is not start a war based on a bad information and he'd be better than GWB. Likewise, all he needs to do is not get busted for spying on the entire US population and using his drone program to illegally kill civilians overseas and he'd be better than Obama. Then, if he manage to not bomb Albania and have a sex scandal in the White House, he'd be better than Clinton.

The last 3 presidents have set a pretty low bar. And, in general, after the unprecedented obstructionism Trump has faced, I can't imagine how much worse the next president will have it when either the Dems ramp up their tactics or the Republicans vow revenge. Just look at the shit that Obama caught because of what the Dems to GWB.

No.

SJW's shouting at each other in echo chambers validating each others opinions doesn't matter.

Enough people recognize that the media is so absurdly biased that they don't take them seriously anymore (it's not even kind of biased, they go so far in one direction or the other you'd think they were doing parody).

Most people didn't vote for Trump because they agree with his ideals, they did it to give the middle finger to the establishment.

It is literally impossible for him to be less obstructed short of overthrowing the government and installing himself as dictator-for-life.

You want to talk obstructionism, get back to me after Trump faces down an opposition in congress whose modus operandi is literally "Shut everything down, then blame the president for government not working" and has one of his supreme court nominations flat-out stolen from him by the speaker refusing to hold a hearing.

This, pretty much. Anybody who says, "money," is an idiot. Trump was outspent during the primaries by a huge amount and then was outspent during the general election. Likewise, Romney outspent Obama and didn't win.

It's hard to write off your almost mind-breaking ignorance. Trump has been harassed and harangued at every step in the process. He's had just about every nomination filibustered (Linda McMahon was one of the few exceptions), including a supreme court nominee which is almost unheard of -- Samuel Alito is perhaps the only other recognized instance, although you have a few more that vaguely resemble it -- and was explicitly stated as being done for political reasons since Garland didn't get a hearing under Obama (which, because you might need me to spell it out for you, wasn't Trump's fault).

As for the idiotic remark about his party controlling both houses, you're forgetting that it includes the Freedom Caucus who were largely behind attacks on Obama. So instead of Obama just needing to worry about Republicans while having a party backing him almost 100% on most issues, Trump has to deal with the Freedom Caucus *and* the Democrats who have pulled out the kitchen sink in doing everything they can to attack him including forcing a recount based on completely unproven claims of Russians interfering with the ballot boxes -- which, by the way -- is EXACTLY the shit that they tried to scare people into thinking Trump would pull.

No, it's been confirmed as bad intel. You're probably confusing it with Operation Desert Storm which was a complete lie and based on false testimony given by an ambassador's daughter (who had been presented as a nurse) although, to be fair, Iraq had invaded another country.

It's pretty much impossible to be worse than Andrew Jackson. If Trump initiates a nuclear holocaust, I guess that would do it. But I doubt even he'd do that and am hopeful the military itself would refuse to carry it out if he tried.

But 2nd worst is still wide open! If it turns out the allegations are true and he's basically a puppet of Putin, that alone would probably do it, even aside from any horrible policy decisions or actions he's taken.

Whoever thinks Trump is a bad president, is getting propaganda from the media, the vast majority of it is biased towards Democratic affiliations. They, for example, claimed repeatedly that Hillary Clinton would win the election, and Trump was "not serious", and used that as an excuse to claim that there is no electoral fraud, but after Trump won, they blamed it (without any evidence by the way), that he colluded with Russia, with them giving air-time to Maxine Waters for claiming that him saying "Crooked Hillary", was proof of it, and taking her seriously.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an000AYYNaA

They claim that he is "racist", for example, even though this event happened that the media never wanted to talk about:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_K1-nzxzzug

The media is also trying to slam Trump on every little thing he does (icecreamgate, accusing Melania of hating him, claiming that something stupid he said 12 years ago is new and relevant), to the point where it is beyond a parody.

So was Obama. And Bush Jr., and Clinton, and every other president. That comes with the job.

If the degree to which he's being "harassed" is unusual, it's because of his own incompetence, not anything to do with those who oppose him.

This, since you apparently need reminding, was straight out of the Republican playbook in the Obama years. Know why we didn't have filibusters for judicial nominees other than Supreme Court justices prior to Trump taking office? Because the Republicans were abusing the process and filibustering all of Obama's picks, so the Democrats got rid of it.

And what overtures has Trump made towards cooperating with the Democrats?

Answer: none. At least Obama was trying, in his early years, to forge bipartisan support for some of his initiatives. Hell, that was one of his election promises. Trump, by contrast, has offered nothing to the Democrats beyond insults and threats, talking about "forcing" them to the table by effectively holding a gun to the nation's head.

It doesn't surprise me at all that the Democrats aren't working with Trump, because he doesn't want to work with them.

Zeus posted...
including forcing a recount based on completely unproven claims of Russians interfering with the ballot boxes

That initiative, if you'll recall, was largely fronted by Stein and the Greens. Regardless, Trump won all the recounts and even collected a few more votes - if anything, he should be thankful for the recounts, because they took away an easy conspiracy-theory avenue of attack against him ("Oh, he actually lost those states and squelched the recounts because he knew they'd turn up evidence of his Russian cronies' interference!").

Verifying close election results isn't partisan bias, it's democracy working as intended.

Zeus posted...
-- which, by the way -- is EXACTLY the shit that they tried to scare people into thinking Trump would pull.

Not without reason, apparently, if the intelligence investigations are anything to go by.

Regardless, no one at the time was suggesting that Trump was colluding with the Russians to stuff ballot boxes, merely that the Russians might have done it of their own initiative to get their chosen candidate elected.

All 17 intelligence agencies have said they interfered in our election.

You mean the very agencies whose sole purpose is to deceive people?

This conspiracy theory is hilarious. Yeah, sure, the upper echelons of ALL 17 intelligence agencies ALL wanted Hillary to win and absolutely none of them wanted Trump to win and not only that, ALL of them were willing to risk their careers (and take the chance of being imprisoned for corruption) to make baseless accusations against Trump; not a single one of them saw anything wrong with this plan. BUT, these 17 agencies - the ones you claim are purpose-designed to deceive people - that put together this insidious scheme never thought to actually manufacture any false evidence to bolster their claim, something they are more than capable of doing. Moreover, none of them thought to actually level these claims BEFORE the election, when it actually would have made a difference (and when they guy they're baselessly accusing doesn't have the ability to immediately fire all of them), and one of them - who, remember, was so hoping for Hillary to win that he's staking his career on this flagrantly illegal plan - decided, against the advice of his superiors in the Department of Justice, to release damning criticism of Hillary in the summer and then, just 12 days before the election, to publicly release a letter noting an ongoing investigation (while keeping Trump's investigation secret) that very well may have sealed the election in Trump's favour.

Yes, this is a perfectly logical progression of events. I see absolutely no logical holes in this theory - certainly not ones big enough to drive a fucking truck through.
