Turns out Sarah didn't even know the vote steal was non-transferable. She actually gave it to Cirie to "hold onto" hoping she wouldn't use it.

Pretty laughable given the edit.

Yeah, apparently even though there was fine print on it that said that, it was Troyzan that pointed it out (because he was sitting behind Cirie) since Probst was going to let Cirie do it.

Michaela said in an interview that it was Sarah who said it first, actually, before Troyzan backed her up. Dunno how accurate that is but there are conflicting accounts.

I also stand by the Cochran twist because Debbie made it utterly hilarious and a great time sink. Cochran's insight on Debbie was actually interesting to a degree, and forced the editors to basically forget Debbie's descent into madness and make her a contender again. The flip in tone was delicious.

Please never do it again, though. I shudder at the idea of Zeke being there instead. Then again, I like the idea of Sandra being there and seeing Cochran squirm.

Russell's composure deteriorating over the course of the HvV reunion

Not really awkward but one of my favorite tiny/overlooked moments in a reunion is in HvV, when Russell says that America should decide the winner, behind Sandra and Russell bantering, as soon as that idea is proposed you can very, very faintly in the background hear Tyson say "Well then I would've won."

#18 is when jeff asks michelle chase about kenny being a prospective boyfriend, and instead she goes off on a tangent about a dream she had where a termite dressed in a buff tried to eat her

#17 got a laugh. james miller vs. coby archa, sumo showdown, coby wins. jeff asks james if after the episode aired when he went to work if his coworkers chided him for that, given he's a redneck and coby is a gay guy.

Where does TAR29 rank overall?

Team ranking aside, I would say there was only one leg this ENTIRE season that felt poorly-planned and half-assed. The fact that the overall cast was amazing without a single dud (and honestly, I'd say even my least favorites at least served a role in the season's story.) I'd honestly consider putting this in my top five for the franchise. Seriously, it's up there with the TAR1/2/3/5 quartet.

1/2/3/5/12/17/21/25 is my top 8. i was disappointed by 21's ending but the cast is standout.

s7 is probably next, and then the 10th best is a harder pick. maaaybe season 18? i am not a big fan of all star seasons but that was the best of the bunch.

I really don't think Season 28 was that bad. Now, maybe it was because I was already rooting for Team Rooster Teeth before it started, but even though I wasn't that much of a fan of the gimmick thing, I don't remember all that much being horrible despite not liking the mother/son team that much.

I'm only halfway through 27. It's been a slow watch, not because it's bad, just been very distracted by other shows. With 29 finished wifey and I might get around to 27.

TAR11 is one of my favorites sans the end. I enjoyed it thoroughly, despite how jarring the race became due to the route/unfortunate timings. It was a season where I enjoyed 90% of it but loathe the ending more than any reality show I've watched.

Thinking about it now annoys me even, and I finished that season almost a year ago. And I too like TAR9! But that wasn't how I wanted Eric to exist.

I enjoyed Season 28 but it was ruined by having extremely unsatisfying winners. I was rooting for Rooster Teeth and against Tyler and Corey and the Frisbee Bros as a result, but either of them would have been way better winners than what we got because at least they would have felt deserving. Ignoring the fact that what's her face was so incredibly dislikable, I think the final leg was the first leg they won the entire race. That sucks.

I really liked all of them a lot, the casting was really great for this show. I just finished e11 and I'm super bummed about the elimination. Not that I don't like Kyungran, but I was really expecting a Jinho/Sangmin finals.

I was crushed by that elimination. I was expecting the same thing. In hindsight, I think it's one of the biggest flaws with S1 - we miss out on an epic F2, and Sangmin kinda pulls a Rob C.

Aside from that, the boot order for this season has been pretty much perfect. Hoping Jinho wins, he's been really sharp in a lot of the games and I think deserves it.

I know S4 is all-stars. I don't know the cast, but I kinda expect the entire top 4 from this season to come back.
