Chances are you can't. This is the PEAK of nutrition.

And before you say 'the sodium', try working out once in your life.

Fav1eLS

The only thing stopping you from eating two a day is the saturated fat, which is still below the recommended amount for the average person.

it's $8.40 with tax here, over $10 if you get it as a meal (with water & chips).

That being said, I usually have it as two meals (lunch and dinner), so ~$4.20 per meal for me. Still somewhat pricey for meals.

High calories.

Since I eat it for two meals, it's more like 450 per meal which is incredibly low.

That being said, Subway will do any Sub as a salad as well. So if you got this as a salad, you would drop a lot of carbs & calories.

there's no mayo on this, just chipotle sauce.

That being said, you can add any sauce to increase the fat.

This is one or two meals, so obviously it's not going to be the single source of every single macro for the day.

Maybe you misunderstood me? I just said this had chipotle sauce on it.

Without the sauce, fat from calories is closer to ~150. So about 1/5th of the calories would come from fat before the sauce.

You're really reaching, man. Or you just don't know what you're talking about, or both.

A quick google search tells me one serving of Chipotle southwest sauce is 100 calories, with 96% of those calories from fat.

Since this is a footlong, that would be 2 servings, maybe a tiny bit more, or a tiny bit less.
So yes, that would be around 200 calories.

agreed 10000%.

it's only recently I found out about the magic of subway. I used to avoid them because they get a pretty bad stigma 'it's not really fresh! their ingredients are gross! they aren't really healthy!'.

sure, it's not the freshest stuff around, but a subway sandwich is as healthy as you want to make it. it's almost 100% up to the customer.

uh, what? unless you're on a specialized diet, carbs should generally be more than double your fat intake.

obviously this isnt 100% set in stone, it can be just double, or 1.5x, but generally carbs will be higher than fat intake by quite a lot.

Fat is never good lol. I'd much rather eat high carbs than high fat foods. I know you need SOME fat in your meals but when I was counting macros, my fat was never supposed to exceed like 40-50g for the day. You already are 75% of the way there on one meal.

If you are a male, this helps balance your testosterone levels with your estrogen levels.

If your diet is very low in fat, there's a decent chance these are imbalanced.
If you are trying to 'look your best', this means you will develop muscle more slowly.

Which means your fat is less than 15% of your total intake. Unless you are a huge professional body builder, your protein intake is very high.

This has been studied often, at max you need about .75g/lb of lean body mass. So if you're 150lb of muscle, you only need ~115g of protein.

This also depends on how much you train though. Even .75g/lb may be too high, for people who don't constantly train to failure, they may only need .5g/lb. It's not 100% cleared yet. Some people say you only need .6g/lb, others say .8g/lb. But most agree that you don't need any higher than .8g/lb.
