Something about people not paying for Utilities or something. Never lived in a place where you didn't pay for them (Besides maybe Water / Sewage). Story is, I pay $801 per month, whether I leave a light on for 31 days, or if I don't even set foot in the apartment and leave it in total darkness. I'd say overall I'm losing out slightly in terms of absolute cost, but it's nice to not have to think about it: I know exactly what my bills are going to be every month. --- This album is not available to the public.
