Ok. I'm in better shape than you. I'm smart enough to not need an app to track my food intake. I ate one small steak taco, 4oz of beans and a dozen fresh made corn chips but yea, I stuffed my face so much I'm in a good coma.

I'm not the one actively cutting at 135 and what 5'4"? ROFL. I have 5 inches on you, more muscle and I'm sitting at 170lbs. My waist size is smaller than my chest size aka I don't have a gut but I'm the overweight one here.

Dang this broccoli is good. I didn't cook it before I put it in my Tupperware. Instead I just put some water in that well before microwaving so it'd steam and it's steamed perfectly.

at 5'9 and 170 your BMI is 25.1, which is technically overweight. Which is what Jen said, so she is being accurate. Then you go on like that.

Imagine if your fiancee saw you talking about womens' weight like that online. Especially for talking about a woman that is in the healthy weight category. Jen is almost 3 full BMI points behind you.

I do not think your woman would enjoy that. Or knowing that you spend your free time like that.

I'm not saying BMI is a good system. I am saying the term overweight relates to where someone falls in that system of measurement. It's a technical term. For other animals they have different measurements to determine how healthy their weight is, under or over. I disagree with the system in terms of how it measures health but that doesn't change that you are overweight. Jen is not.

BMI is incorrect for everyone who is overweight but doesn't want to be. Then it's flawed.
