Tonight I'm going to have a baby spinach and kale salad with some sliced cucumber, grape tomatoes, green onion, chicken, and egg. Nice lemon pepper dressing. Should be OK.

Jen I'm just curious, what are you eating at 1350 calories that you still feel hungry? If you aren't already doing so, I highly suggest you eat salads BEFORE your main meal-- even if you hate them, they do a great job with keeping you full. I usually just have chicken breast and some kind of fatty side nowadays.

mmm that sounds good. i don't like kale too much though.

i use hard boiled eggs (obvs), miracle whip instead of mayo because i prefer the taste, salt, pepper, dill, green onion and dijon mustard.

for breakfast i'm having 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, some stevia and 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries.

for lunch it's about 3/4 a cup of the egg salad and like 2 cups of baby carrots.

dinner is 1/4 lb of round steak that i cooked on the stove without oil or anything, some caramelized onions and mushrooms cooked in butter, salt and pepper and a cup of steamed broccoli with a little bit of salt.

for snacks i'm having 2 light string cheese and 2 danon light and fit greek yogurts.

then after i workout i'm having a protein shake which is a scoop of trutein chocolate mint and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

1,347 cals
101 g carbs
48 g fat
143 g protein

The amount of pettiness being thrown at him outweighs anything he's said.

Surprised to see someone like Foxx even getting involved, but her biggest gripe seems to be "how can you say that about weight and a woman online??!" It sort of just screams 'projection'.

I've seen Jen post the same stuff he has, in the same context, come on now.

If he does workout (which he probably doesn't) he's right, BMI is frigging terrible. Wasn't Jen even trashing it when BMI was brought up against her one time?

Just... there's other stupid things being said to or about him that just make all of you look and sound silly. Including Sunny's replies, but still, y'all crazy.

If this was the first time he had done it then yeah, my gripe is this happens all the damn time

why I continued has to do with his condescension (sweety really?) and fiancee, and how that kind of attitude of his is shitty for her or how hurtful that would be for her to see him voicing those kinds of things

like how can he respect his fiancee and shit on someone for being overweight when they're a healthy weight?

it is also tiring to see him go on about drinking beer or eating unhealthy shit and bar food and claiming to be super fit

I think that you're feeling hungry because of that protein shake. Liquid calories provide very little satiety. I'd also add a salad to your dinner and cut back on the snacks a bit.

i drink the protein shake at night right before bed after i go to the gym.

my only snacks are high protein and i'm not gonna cut them out. i like to snack throughout the day instead of just eating 3 huge meals.
