Welcome to the wacky world of the B8 Hunger Games! Boy it sure has been a bit since last time! Took a bit to clean up the gore from the last one...

Ahem, well anyway! Here various beings from all manners of worlds are brought together at the behest of you fine Observers to duke it out and get into all manner of crazy shenanigans. In the end though, only one may claim the title of Champion!

RULES:

-You can nominate anything / anyone that originates from an american / western animation. BE SURE TO CITE THEIR SOURCE

-Providing imgur link of your nomination and source is encouraged

-Amount of tributes you can nominate will increase over time to fill roster (STARTING AT 1)

-AVOID NOMINATING PREVIOUS WINNERS (Note that you could potential nominate an alternate version that wouldn't really count. For example Lego Batman won a game but you could technically nominate BTAS Batman since its different enough I would think. There can be potential debate if there is confusion on a particular tribute qualification).

Also was wondering for opinions on the following games

Games 22 - 24 will decide the remaining spots for the "season finale" of sorts for the Champion Battle where the Champions of the 24 games duke it out in the finale so I was wondering how to go about it based on some previous ideas there had been

1.) Warrior Match: Wasn't popular idea to some and unsure how to do it earlier on but idea was taking the "Warriors" (those who had made the most kills in games) of each game and putting them in one match for a spot in the finale. There were some games where there were ties for the Warrior Title so it could work

2.) All Stars: The most popular tribute from each game (with some games probably allowing an extra tribute favorite to fill the roster) is nominated in a battle royale for another spot in the finale. Unsure how this would work with new observers who wouldn't know some of the shenanigans previous tributes had gotten into (of course they could just go for their favorite anyway...deciding may be a pain)

3.) Standard poll. Pick among the current match theme pool (I could always just put Warrior and All Stars as part of this game's poll as well (NOTE YOU CAN ALSO SUGGEST THEMES YOU'D LIKE TO SEE IN THE FUTURE).

Also if you ever wish to host a game feel free to ask! So far it had been myself, Johnbobb, and Snake5s

I would suggest for the idea of having the all-star match be nominating from the field of runner-ups, warriors and fan-favourites from the previous games. It would free the other games being additional themed games which could get more people into following the topics (or another free-for-all?), and I think all the ones people will most want to see return for the all-star match will end up being nominated anyway (especially if the field is expanded to like 48 entrants).

Anyway, my nomination is Uncle (Jackie Chan Adventures).

Thats a good idea. We could do it as match 24 being a 48 man match with those conditions and have 22 and 23 being standard "choose theme" unless we want match 23 to be another particular special match like All Stars

Since I chose a character from a new, well known, good cartoon last time, this time I'll go with a character from an old, obscure, bad cartoon.

Quan Chi (Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm)



I nominate him because his first appearance was in this cartoon, but he proved popular enough to be carried over to the games. Not bad, considering he only appeared in one episode. Animated Quan Chi differs from his game counterpart in that he's a shapeshifter, and he has a staff that can turn into a snake and a magic gem that can turn people against each other and reveal their darkest secrets. (Did you know Jax used to be the fattest kid in school, and bullies nicknamed him Blubber Butt? You do now.)
