I talked to customer service and ended up with a free cab ride from Belfast to Dublin, a new flight and a 750 credit for the future. Thats how you handle it. You don't refuse to leave (breaking the law). I've had jobs where Ive had to physically remove people from property and I hated doing it. SWA kept raising the package deal, until the deal became too good to pass up. United could have done better, to make up for their over booking policy, which was at fault.
