I ask because I find that I am running out of ammo/SP fairly quickly and there aren't a ton of items available to recover my stats, but I am very anxious about the 14 day time limit For the first dungeon at least you need to use at least two days after you get to certain point they basically say "well that's all we can do for now". For time management purposes it'd be best to get to that point as quick as you can and finish it the day or so later. SP can be recovered from items but they're rare and expensive. if you run out of SP in the beginning, it's better to find a save point and warp out for the day. Get the Death Arcana confidante higher and you'll find SP recovery less of a problem. Hierophant also helps in that regard. They start off quite expensive though but get cheaper once you get to rank 8. For Hierophant rank 2 lets you make coffee which is SP recovery item.
